Extended service options
Debt$Net® collection software offers Extended Service Options, or ESOs. Extended Service Options are add-on modules that provide advanced functionality to collection agencies, including those with specific client-driven requirements. These add-on modules allow you to pay for only those features you require, letting Debt$Net® more fully automate your collection operations. Your agency may require none, or only a few of these Extended Service Options, however, for those who want power features, Extended Services options are available.
Accurint is a collection industry skip tracing service which maintains a comprehensive consumer database containing over 20 billion records compiled from more than 400 sources. At a minimum, these sources confirm existing records and offer multiple telephone, name and address records.
The BANKO® Interface allows an agency access to bankruptcy cases and deceased debtor information. This service consolidates and updates bankruptcy cases from all fifty states, the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico daily, supplying timely, accurate, and complete bankruptcy information.
The Lexis Nexis Batch Interface module receives daily updates from various sources such as telephone numbers, addresses, and emergence from bankruptcy directly from the source rather then from 'self-importing data'. Lexis Nexis Batch is customized to work with the information and format you need.
This interface provides a comprehensive view of your portfolio and provides flexible options that allow you to select the credit attributes most relevant to your agency's work flow needs. Credit Attributes for Collections can help your agency prioritize collection activities by identifying the customers most likely to pay through credit history, such as summaries of derogatory trades and other indicators of liquidity, including information on open credit and the presence of mortgage trades.
The Consumer Credit Reports option allows your agency to request, pull and print credit reports on debtors as well as view them from the debtor screens in Debt$Net®. This is done on-line with a modem by calling into a credit bureau such as Equifax, Experian, or TransUnion®. The credit report can then be downloaded, saved, reviewed, printed, and/or transferred into the Debt$Net® debtor screens. This module also provides an activity log to track and monitor administrative costs.
The Experian Collection Advantage Extended Service Option (ESO) provides you access to an Experian service. Data from collection activity files is forwarded to Experian, and they calculate a score to indicate how 'collectable' the debtor’s account(s) are. In addition, Experian will provide service members with additional information (e.g., updated address) via a return file.
The Insight America Interface works with Acxiom Insight's Investigate product, a skip tracing tool that uses sophisticated data sets and customized analytics to find persons of interest.
SunGard’s AvantGard Predictive Metrics can help increase profits by enhancing debt recovery success and strategically target accounts for legal. Debt collectors can use statistical scoring models to help prioritize collection efforts and improve collection strategies.
The TransUnion® Collector’s Prioritization Engine (CPE) is a service offered by TransUnion® in which data from collection activity files is analyzed. TransUnion® uses the data to calculate a score to indicate how 'collectable' the debtor’s account(s) are. In addition, TransUnion® will provide service members with additional information (updated address, tradeline data, and feedback from the debtor) from their data files. Debt$Net® can capture this data from TransUnion® and attach it to the appropriate debtor record. The TransUnion®Collection Triggers Interface focuses on monitoring each consumer's credit file on a daily basis. TransUnion® will identify key changes to each consumer's credit file and contact information and compare those changes to a profile created for each customer. Your agency profile would consist of a selection of one or more trigger criteria, along with how often the triggered criteria should be returned to you.
The NCOA module provides you the capability to process National Change of Address (NCOA) files. The files are created as part of the notice outsourcing process. Agencies which create notice files and forward them to outside vendors often receive back information on changed or incorrect addresses for debtors. The NCOA module will allow you to capture this information electronically.
The PhoneCheck module allows users to create and print checks for debtors making payments over the phone, including postdated payments. By entering debtor banking information, account number, routing number and check number, users may print checks for that debtor payable to the agency. This speeds the collection process by allowing users to quickly process debtor payments without the hassle of mail lag times and delay.
The Electronic Funds Transfer module allows collection agencies to receive electronic debtors payments, including pre-authorized electronic payments in place of postdated checks. I also allows an agency to redeposit returned checks assigned by a client. The module creates an interface file to export either to interface software to to an ACH vendor. The time and costs associated with collecting are reduced due to the reduction in bank processing time and minimized direct debtor contact reduces the time and cost associated with collecting.
The Credit Card Interface module allows you to instantly verify credit card information and take payments using a VISA or MasterCard. The module provides real-time authorization and credit line hold via your vendor. Credit cards can be used when posting transactions, or when setting up post-dated payments. Credit card information can also be securely stored for future payments.

Emails can be sent to clients, prospects and users within your own agency. Reports can be emailed in one of two ways, direct from the report option screen or batched during routine operations.
The Notice Outsourcing Interface module lets users export data generated from the Debt$Net® notice program to an outsourcing company specializing in printing notices for collection agencies. Agencies producing high volumes of notices may find that the Notice Outsourcing Interface greatly increases efficiency by eliminating time spent handling notices and by reducing postage and paper costs.
An agency can communicate with debtors quickly and easily with the Internet Dialing Interface. The Internet Dialing Interface will help expand your call volume and success rate by communicating with an unlimited number of debtors anywhere in the world through a messaging interface. Internet dialing sends personalized, automated phone messages to your debtors based on the accounts that you have selected from your active account list in Debt$Net®. Your messaging provider will respond with a return file, detailing the results of each debtor call. You may work the scheduled calls or run collection campaigns.

As a result of delivering a voicemail, your collection agents will be thrilled to be answering an influx of inbound phone calls from debtors ready to make payments. Collect money while empowering consumers!
The Client Upload/Input Module allows for electronic loading of debtors and accounts into Debt$Net® with various file formats. These features facilitate collector supervision and training and lets users analyze collector productivity and accountability.

Client Access Web the WebAccess Interface allows agencies to interface with a web vendor, giving your client the ability to view and submit new accounts, report payments and review reports. Debt$Net® creates a file that updates the information available to clients, which is then submitted to a web vendor. When WebAccess is coupled with the Client Upload ESO, agencies can import accounts and payment information submitted by the clients from the web.
The Judgment Tracking module allows users to record judgment information and to indicate which accounts were included in the judgment. The module maintains records of original judgment amounts, including principal, interest and legal fees. Debt$Net® updates these fields as payments are posted to the appropriate accounts.

Users may track expenses incurred by the agency as well as those prepaid by the client and can instantly tell if a legal expense payment was received from a debtor and whether the client was reimbursed.
